Two years ago I met the most wonderful girl in the world. I knew from the day I met her that I wanted to marry her, but I didn’t want to scare her off, so I waited to propose. I wanted one that had some colour and wasn’t just a plain white diamond. I chose a beautiful diamond that was flanked by two deep blue sapphires. Let us continue our discussion regarding the locket necklace project during my college years. We decided to combine the best designs available in lockets and necklaces into our prototype. Now that we had decided on the ‘what’ part, we needed to develop the skills necessary to cultivate a jewelry prototype.
We made a visit to office of the famous jewelry designer, Gerald Gran, for inspiration and to gain knowledge regarding different materials and their uses in jewelry. Gerald also provided his insight on the symbolic meanings of jewelry. The visit was carried out as a half-day workshop where we got acquainted with various materials for prototype development. We decided on attending the workshop so that we could make correct decisions when it comes to choosing the appropriate material for the locket necklace prototype. We also sent out a questionnaire in email to our class to get an opinion on the type of material preferred for a locket necklace.

I recently went online in search of watches for men for my husband’s birthday. As an ex-policeman, he had constantly raved about how the watch he got with his uniform was his favourite piece of the attire. I’ve got to say, I was a little more fond of the stab vest, myself! My brother is going to be graduating from high school in a couple of weeks. I want to get him a present that will show you how much I care about him and that he will also like. I am also going to be helping my mother prepare everything for my brothers graduation party. We are going to have over 100 guests and I think the party is going to be a lot of fun. Janet told me the other day that she wants one of those Vestal watches that she saw at the mall the other night when we went out for are weekly dinner date. I told her that this was something that we could not really afford to buy right now since we just made a downpayment on a house. She said that for her, this was something very important because she believes she deserves some sort of reward after putting in so many hours at work the past few weeks.
I told her that I would think about it but I also reminded her that we were really on a very tight budget because we still have to figure out how to pay the mortgage every month as well as pay the utility bills.
